I have textured walls…will My Wall Decals stick to all surfaces?
Yes, vinyl can stick to textured surfaces as long as they are not too rough. Vinyl does not stick well to stucco, brick or other roughly textured surfaces. If you are still unsure, email us at support@mywalldecals.com and request a sample.
How can I clean my vinyl?
Clean the vinyl by carefully wiping with a damp cloth.
How do I remove my vinyl?
When you are ready to remove the vinyl, simply pull it off. If is small graphics or lettering, you may want to use tweezers. Also, you can use a hair dryer to warm up the vinyl before removing to make it easier.
Is my vinyl reusable?
No. Once the vinyl has been positioned on one surface, it cannot be removed and repositioned.
Will I need to apply each letter of my vinyl individually?
No. The vinyl lettering comes pre-spaced for easy application.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please email us and let us know the situation. If you would like to return it, an email request must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the order. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and no shipping costs will be refunded, and you must mail it back to us at your cost. Items returned must be in their ORIGINAL condition, so you cannot try to apply it and then try to send it back. Installation of our product constitutes acceptance of your order.
How much is shipping and how long will it take to receive My Wall Decals?
Shipping fees in the US are $5.95 for orders under $100...orders over $100 receive free shipping. Canadian orders have a $9.95 shipping fee, and International (orders from anywhere besides US and Canada) orders have a $14.95 shipping fee. Orders are typically mailed within 2 business days from when we receive the order, then the time it takes for you to receive your order depends on where you are located. Since US orders are sent Priority Mail, those are usually received by the clients within 2-3 days after we have shipped it out.
Do you accept International orders?
We do accept International orders. However, all transactions are done in US currency only. The shipping cost for orders to Canada is $9.95, and the shipping cost to anywhere other than the US or Canada is $14.95. Please be advised that overseas orders can take 6-8 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage, and Affordable Vinyl Graphics, LLC is not responsible for any brokerage fees or taxes that may be charged by the receiving country. Those charges are NOT a part of the shipping fee paid upfront. |
